Two of the Bay Area’s finest, Anticon’s Restiform Bodies and Kid Without Radio’s EGADZ!, are hitting up Low End Theory tonight with Denver’s (N1nth) Cloud. Restiform Bodies are on tour to celebrate the release of their new album “TV Loves You Back”. Low End Theory continues to break down walls and push boundaries further developing and solidifying the bass heavy experimental music landscape. I checked out Daedelus last week at Low End and it was wall to wall madness, it’s so amazing to see Los Angeles respond in such a big way to such a progressive movement, and I feel blessed to be able to witness such a great time in modern music. You can count on the northern cali boys to deliver some amazing music, constructing abstract layers often crossing and blurring the genre lines.

Restiform Bodies are David Bryant-vocalist and song writer, Matt Valerio- percussionist and beat-maker & George Chadwick-synth, sample and effects slayer. Here is a little taste off the new album “TV Loves You Back”.

EGADZ! searches for the lost feeling inside sound waves. He tears apart the idea of abstraction with layers of stacked sound, one after the other until a maze of emotion is drilled within, resulting in the euphemism of your choice. The music is drum driven, sometimes loud and pleasantly abrasive, especially to listeners who often cross genre lines.
