I can name a ton of people that have taken their stab at becoming a dj in the ever saturated Los Angeles circuit and that have seemed to fall off the face of the earth shortly there after. Steady is not one of those people. I first noticed Steady in the beginnings of Orange County’s Drum n Bass night, Adrenaline. He struck me as a good guy, eager to get in the mix. That was several years ago, just recently, the hard working dj was knighted into the SMOG family. Probably the tightest group of Dubstep artists in the country and heavily responsible for the current Dubstep boom that is hitting the states right now. I smile when I see such camaraderie within underground music, it makes going to the SMOG events so much more enjoyable. Steady came by the Compound to kick it with Tony K and whip up a sweet mix. I was working in the other room and couldnt stay focused because he kept distracting me with banger after banger. So when he was finished I asked him if I could post it on MC, and he kindly obliged, so here ya go!
