I have been back in England for quite some time now. This came after spending 3 months in LA, which is where I got to meet all the guys you see posting on MC everyday. While I was out there I most definitely had the best time of my life, met the best people and managed to experience so much great music. The city is blessed with nights such as Low End Theory, Smog, Respect and so many more, truly hitting you with music from every angle. I will always return to LA but while I’m in England I wanted to try and bring everyone some vibes from my side of the pond! Although I have had some hold up’s with getting some features together for one reason or another, I think now we can finally start things off with a bang!
For my first feature I popped over to my good friend Matt Logistics house to capture an exclusive all vinyl mix from him, as well as ask a couple of quick impromptu questions.

What do you normally get asked when someone interviews you?
Is there any competition with your brother.
Sweet, well I wont ask you that then, haha. So yeah – what have you been working on recently?
Lots of collabs with the likes of Sigma, Nu:tone, my other brother pixl and also finishing the new album.
New album? Tell us a bit more about this and when can we expect it to drop?
I have been working on it for around the last year / year and a half and it is due to drop on September 28th.
From hearing some tasters from your computer is it safe to say that this album has a larger variety of tempos and styles than your other previous albums?
Well I have always made all sorts of music but I have just been focusing on drum ‘n’ bass for the last few years as I find it the most satisfying and challenging. This time around I feel that I have enough non dnb material that I am happy with to include it on the album. Hopefully people will dig!
Big thanks to Matt for taking the time out to do this mix and look out for his album ‘Crash, Bang, Wollop!’ dropping September 28th.
