Camo UFO’s Lighta! Vol. 1

A Jungle revivial is brewing and (thee) Mike B and Nate Day have got alot to say about it. Their recent 90′s style jungle remixes as Camo UFO’s of Count and Sinden’s “Mega”, and Major Lazer’s “Pon De Floor” have been blowing up parties worldwide and received radio play on the world renowned BBC Radio 1 platform by Annie Mac and Toddla T. They have received the stamp of approval from Fool’s Gold and Mad Decent, two of the most respected and innovative independent record labels and have official remixes in the bag for Mike Posner (J Records/RCA), The Hardy Boys (Money Studies) and Novaeu Yorican (Sound Pellegrino) which is the newest project from Dutch House legend Laidback Luke and Gina Turner. People are ready, and these two seasoned dj/producers and their deep crates of vinyl display their love for old school UK jungle and hardcore and take it back to a time when amen breaks, techno stabs, and fat basslines ruled the dancefloor. This is their official mixtape brought to you by MC.

” Lighta! Vol. 1 is the product of several days of us digging into our old vinyl crates and researching lost gems of the 92-96 era. You’ll hear the sounds of Ragga, Jump Up, Hip-Hop Jungle as well as some deeper Drum & Bass and rare Hardcore cuts. All mixed seamlessly together and smothered in bells and whistles or in this case, gunshots and lazers. ” – Camo UFO’s
